30 DAYS WITHIN INSTALLATION REGISTERED EQUIPMENT WILL RECEIVE 10 YEARS LIMITED PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURE. SEE EACH MANUFACTURES WEB SITE FOR WARRANTY DETAILS.
NOT REGISTERED ONLINE
WITHIN 30 DAYS ONLY WILL RECEIVE 5 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY ON COMPONENTS & PARTS BY THE MANUFACTURE OF THE PRODUCTS.
HANDLING FEES:
WILL APPLY FOR WARRANTY EXCHANGES- AFTER THE 1ST YEAR. ASK YOUR DISTRIBUTORS FOR COST.
FREIGHT CHARGES: TO ALL CUSTOMERS FREIGHT POLICY.
CHARGES, MAY OCCUR DEPENDING ON PARTS AND AVAILABILITY WHILE UNDER WARRANTY. Sales Agents, Wholesalers and are not to be held responsible for non-stocking items or back ordered inventory for warranty exchange from any manufacture we may represent. Additional, Handling Fees apply for warranty items to be processed and re shipped to manufacture. All warranty defective parts must be returned for credit. Credit will be given within 30 days if approved. If factory denies warranty, you will be responsible for the bill.
Warranty Items:
If the warranty parts returned directly to the manufacture HVAC Providers, will void the warranty for the remaining period. The customer will be responsible to pay the full amount of the part and freight charges, f the warranty is voided for this or any other reason. Equipment- nontransferable from owner to owner.
PURCHASING GUIDELINES:
Must have EPA License - for Section 608 - Required by Federal Law - for HVAC Equipment purchases.
HVAC PROVIDERS - EQUIPMENT SALES, REQUIRES - HVAC CONTRACTOR STATE COPY OF STATE LICENCE TO PURCHASE HVAC EQUIPMENT. MUST HAVE A REGISTERED ACCOUNT WITH US WITH ALL UPDATED CREDENTIALS ON FILE.
