CORROSION PROTECTION GUARANTEED
ElectroFin® E-Coat and Insitu® Spray Applied Coating are specially formulated for today's highly efficient and expensive HVAC&R equipment. The only comprehensive protection for an HVAC&R system is to e-coat the heat transfer coil with ElectroFin® E-Coat and apply Insitu® Spray Coating to the components and cabinet. Both are water-based and provide the highest level of flexible polymer anti-corrosion protection.
This combination offers a protective system that counters many corrosive elements, preventing premature efficiency loss or system failure. Choose wisely for the ultimate protection—your customers will appreciate it.
EQUIPMENT GUIDELINES:
Contractors and customers must register all purchased equipment within 30 days of installation or purchase.
Registered Equipment:
Equipment registered within 30 days of installation will receive a 10-year limited parts warranty from the manufacturer. Visit each manufacturer's website for warranty details.
Unregistered Equipment:
Equipment not registered online within 30 days will receive a 5-year limited warranty on components & parts from the product's manufacturer.
HANDLING FEES:
Handling fees apply for warranty exchanges after the first year. Consult your distributors for costs.
Freight Charges Policy for All Customers:
Freight charges may be incurred depending on the availability of parts and their warranty status. Sales agents and wholesalers are not responsible for non-stocked items or back-ordered inventory needed for warranty exchanges from any manufacturer we represent. Additional handling fees will be applied for processing warranty items and reshipping them to the manufacturer.
Warranty Items:
Returning warranty parts directly to the manufacturer, HVAC Providers, will result in the voiding of the remaining warranty period. The customer will then be liable for the full cost of the part and any associated freight charges if the warranty is voided for this or any other reason. Equipment warranties are non-transferable from one owner to another.
Purchasing Guidelines:
An EPA License for Section 608 is required by federal law for the purchase of HVAC equipment. HVAC Providers' equipment sales require a state copy of the HVAC contractor's license. A registered account with all updated credentials on file is also necessary.
Service Fees:
A 3.99% fee will be added to all orders and invoices paid with a credit card. There are no exceptions.

Welcome! Ask us about our new? IoT Technology. The Internet of things (IoT) describes physical objects (or groups of such objects) with sensors, processing ability, software and other technologies that connect and exchange data with other devices and systems over the Internet or other communications networks. Internet of things has been considered a misnomer because devices do not need to be connected to the public internet, they only need to be connected to a network, and be individually addressable. ref from Wikipedia. This Technology being used with our new ECOER DC Inverter system.
